1. What cookies and similar technologies are

Cookies are small files stored by your browser. TUFF MIDI also uses browser storage (localStorage) and similar technologies that work the same way in practice. In this policy we call all of them "cookies".

2. What we use them for

TUFF MIDI currently uses the following categories:

Strictly necessary — running the shop and the checkout, keeping your session secure, delivering your download and protecting forms against abuse. The shop cannot work without these.
Preferences — remembering interface settings such as playback and browsing preferences.
Analytics — understanding which pages and products are viewed, so we can improve the shop.
Marketing — measuring which ads lead to a purchase (Meta Pixel and Conversions API) and, where switched on, personalising advertising. Only set after your consent.

3. Third-party cookies

Some cookies are set by third parties, including our hosting, storage/CDN and advertising partners. Those parties act under their own terms and privacy policies, and we do not control the data they collect through their own cookies.
