REFUNDS & WITHDRAWAL
TUFF MIDI sells digital products (MIDI packs) that are delivered instantly by download. We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on every purchase, and consumers in the EU/EEA and the UK additionally have a statutory right of withdrawal as described below.
14-day money-back guarantee
If you are not happy with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your order date — change of mind included. No conditions, no explanation required.
Statutory right of withdrawal (EU/EEA & UK)
As a consumer you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day the contract was concluded.
For digital content delivered immediately, this statutory right normally expires once you have expressly consented to immediate delivery and acknowledged that you thereby lose the right of withdrawal (§ 356 (5) BGB). You confirm this at checkout when you start the download. Independently of that, our voluntary 14-day money-back guarantee above still applies — so you get your money back either way.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us by a clear statement — use the form below, or write to hi@tuffmidi.com. You may use the model withdrawal wording, but it is not obligatory. Effects of withdrawal: we reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we receive your notice, using the same means of payment you used for the transaction. No fees are charged for the reimbursement.
Who processes the payment
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com, which is the Merchant of Record for all orders and handles billing and refunds. You can also manage your order at paddle.net with the email address you used at checkout. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method and can take a few business days to appear on your statement.
